Common Core: The Destruction of Education

Communism, in its initial manifesto, places heavy emphasis on the belief that all people are the same, regardless of IQ, heritage, technology (or lack thereof) as well as educational standards. The classroom was designed to be not only an attempt to teach children the basics needed to be effective Marxist pawns, but also as an indoctrination center for these same children.

Western education, especially in the last fifty years has had its focus on every student achieving their potential in their own time.

Think back to your own education, there would have been the brains in the class, who were well ahead of anyone else in the room, bar the teacher. There would have been the great mass of children who were on the average of the curve, achieving what was expected of them within the time period it was expected for them to achieve these results. Then there would have been the children who struggled with the basics, those from non-English speaking backgrounds, children with behavioral issues due to their home environment, especially single mother households, as well as those who simply lacked the IQ to keep up and compete with their cohort.

This was considered the norm for any school. The education of each child would have been catered to with specific learning strategies and activities to bring each level of IQ and educational ability to the point of their potential within a natural, harmonious whole. This of course, according to the teacher's unions and university educators did not agree with their absolute dedication to this same communist manifesto and simply would not do. This educational approach did not force the lowest achievers to reach the same level of results as their average and exceptional counterparts. Obviously, they felt they had to interfere with the childhood education system to bring their communist "utopia" into reality. Thus, we see the introduction of the Common Core educational system. This system is two pronged.

Firstly, it is designed to hold back all other students bar the least exceptional in a misguided attempt to force all students to achieve the same results at the same time. Secondly, the educational techniques taught to children are so convoluted and alien that it naturally separates parents and adults from their children's education, making it all but impossible for any parent who has not invested the time in learning the foreign language of common core educational techniques. By separating parents from their children's education, it forces the child to be wholly dependent on the classroom teacher for understanding of what they are supposed to be learning. This is intentional. By ensuring only the classroom teachers can navigate the methods used to educate children, it makes the teacher and their political affiliation (almost always far left / communist) the center of all education.

Where once parents played an integral role in the education of a child, assisting and passing on their knowledge to give their children the best possible advantage in mastering the syllabus as taught for generations, now they sit and scratch their heads as their children struggle with ridiculous methods whose only design is to manipulate educational statistics to cover up for the shortcomings of statistics referred to the state in standardized testing. By writing syllabus and teaching to the only the slowest achievers and lowest IQ students (primarily black, native and immigrant children whose first language is not English) the Common Core teaching methods actively hold back not only the average students but also actively impedes the learning of exceptional students whose ability and drive used to be cultivated and encouraged.

These students, who under previous, traditional syllabi were often identified and moved into Gifted and Talented student programs; programs designed to cultivate and push these students by placing them in a group of the most exceptional and encouraging them to compete. Now these students are disciplined for daring to be bored, acting out in simple childlike methods usually seen in children who are under-stimulated, under-challenged and whose potential is ignored and allowed to fritter and waste. This is exactly the point of previous communist / Marxist teaching strategies such as the "No Child Left Behind" program, a program rightfully consigned to the scrap heap of history for failing to meet the educational requirements of the many in order to cater specifically to the lowest performing students, as defined above.

A more ethical and effective method of education would be to put these lower performing students in a class with each other, allow them to compete among themselves at the levels they are capable of achieving, and if some of these students manage to achieve mainstream marks, then they can rejoin their cohorts in the regular classroom. At the same time, the exceptional students should be grouped together in the same way, free of the distractions imposed on the class by students who have no interest in being at school, inoculated against the boredom of the slow pace being taught to the lower achieving students and encouraged to compete amongst their own cohort, driving each other further forwards to greater achievements and results. After all, it will be from these exceptional students that the next generation of STEM graduates will be drawn from.

Even from a moderately educated adult, it should be easily seen that Common Core; and its derivatives smuggled into the classroom under differing names; is nothing more than an intentional dumbing of those students capable of independent learning in the classroom, robbing these students of the teacher's attention as the teacher is forced to spend more and more time on students who likely are never going to achieve mainstream results. As well as holding back the average and exceptional students, it cannot be stressed strongly enough that this is very much an attempt by communist teachers, university educators of future teachers as well as the noticeably Marxist unions to drive a wedge between parents and their children, forcing the state into the gulf left behind. When the state is inserted in place of the parents, the students and children will then look to the guidance of the employees of the state, i.e., teachers to establish their own political understanding as they travel throughout their process of education.

The state is attempting to make communism the only acceptable political ideology, and they are using your children to carry it out. What will you do to stop it?
